LEASED ACREAGE: The leased acreage consists primarily of Tribal Land and is a cash lease that varies from $15 to $17/ acre.

SEEDED ACREAGE: Approximately 1444 acres are seeded to Winter Wheat. All is seeded on summer fallow, no re-crop.

IMPROVEMENTS: An old set of building are situated on the subject property. Also included in the sale are sixteen 3400-bushel grain bins that are located approximately 1 mile north of Cut Bank. These bins have tin floors and are on leased ground with a yearly rental of $300 per year.
