HISTORY: The Grendah Mountain Acreage is two patented mining claims. They were located 1907 by Ole Grendal and surveyed for the patent in1908. Gold is the mineral that was explored for on this acreage.


LOCATION: This unique recreation property is approximately 70 miles southeast of Great Falls, Montana and accessed via Highway #89. This 50-mile stretch of Highway #89 between Armington Junction and White Sulphur Springs winds its way through the scenic Little Belt Mountains has been designated as a scenic Byway. ACREAGE: Grendah Mountain is a high elevation acreage comprising 37.82 acres, within a wilderness study area on the north slope of Grendah Mountain. Elevations vary from 7000 to 8000 feet. This acreage is predominately timbered with White Pine with a stand of old growth Engelmann Spruce on the north end.

A person literally has the feeling of being on top of the world with the view this acreage offers from its southern boundary. This spectacular panoramic view is 360 degrees of pristine wilderness of the Lewis and Clark National Forest.
